主语从句。因为that后面不管跟什么句子，这个句子都是在整句话中担任主语的，是it指代的对象。在英语中，在句子中担当主语的从句，就叫主语从句。通常放在主句谓语动词之前，或由形式主语it代替、而本身放在句子末尾。
