there be和have的区别：there be指客观存在，表示“某处有某人/某物”；have指所属关系，表示“某人/某物有某物”。例句: There are all kinds of books on my bookstore.我的书柜上有各种各样的书。I have all kinds of books.我有各种各样的书。

句中位置不同

there be通常放于句首，而have在句中。

eg: There is a post office near here.这附近有邮局。

The Green Street has two post offices.格林大街上有两家邮局。

陈述句结构不同

there be句型为“There is/are+某物/某人+某地”;have句型为“某人/某物+have/has+某物”。用is/are或者have/has取决于句子的主语。
