be used to 和 used to 是两个很不一样的表达。be used to表示“习惯”，意思是作为某个活动，状态或情况的“一般经常性行为”。通常是指一段时间来一直做某件事情。它和always或经常搭配使用。
used to和be used to区别
1、意思不同
used to do解释成过去常常做某事（但现在不做了），be used to doing sth / be used to sth是指习惯于做某事（现在还在做）。
2、后面跟的词性不同
used to 是“过去常常做什么”后接动词原形，be used to 是“习惯做什么”后接名词和动名词(ing)。
used to和be used to例句
1、I'm used to loneliness.

3、used to treat diarrhea.
4、We're used to failures.
