一、意思不同
1、few:(与复数名词和复数动词连用)不多,很少。
2、a few:几个,〔反语〕很多,一点点。
二、用法不同
1、few:few用作代词时,意思是“很少,几个”,作主语时谓语动词须用复数形式。
2、a few:基本意思是“小块,少量”,指整体中的一小部分,也可指独立的一小部分。还可指“与集体、人或活动有关的一系列行动、态度”。
三、侧重点不同
1、few:few用于可数名词,否定用法。
2、a few:a few一点点,用于修饰可数名词,肯定用法。
