Agree with 常跟sb. 表示同意某人或某人的意见、想法等。 Agree to 常用于agree to sth“同意某事”，常跟意见、观点等词；或者用于agree to do sth.“同意做某事”。Agree on常用于agree on sth，表示就什么问题双方达成一致意见。

1、agree with sb. 而agree to和agree on不接sb.，表示同意某人的观点，虽然接sb.，但同意的不是sb.本身，而是sb.的观点。
2、agree to do sth.=agree on doing sth. 同意做某事。
