含义上的区别:
Quite a lot通常用来表达数量相对较多的概念,意味着比“a few”所指的数目要多,但并不一定非常多。
Quite a few则用来描述数量介于不多也不算少的中间状态,即比“few”所指的数量要多,但又没有达到“a lot”的程度。
用法上的区别:
Quite a lot可以修饰可数名词的单数形式或复数形式,以及不可数名词。
Quite a few主要用于修饰可数名词,尤其是指具体的人、物、任务等。
