people指人时，是不可数名词；表民族时，是可数名词，但单复数的形式不变。people的基本意思是“人，人们”，是集体名词，没有复数形式，在句中作主语时，谓语动词用复数。泛指“人们”时其前不加定冠词the。
people可数吗
