as well as是就近原则还是就远原则

as well as连接两个并列成分做主语时，其谓语动词的选择应该和as well as前面的主语也就是离谓语动词更远的主语保持一致，即就远原则。

as well as

既…又…; 除…之外（也）; 此外;

1、He visited some factories, hospitals as well as the school.

他们参观了这所学校，还参观了工厂和医院。

这符合他的最大利益，同时也符合你的利益。

就远原则

"名词 + 介词/介词词组 + 名词 "结构作主语时，谓语动词的单复数要与介词/介词短语前的名词（即离谓语动词比较远的那个主语）单复数保持一致，经常出现的此类介词/介词词组包括：

1、as well as；such as, like

2、rather than,；more than,；no less than

3、with,；along with,；together with,；combined with

4、but； except；besides,；in addition to,；apart /aside from.
